Not a single scratch was damaged during the entire moving day, even though our new home is rather difficult to access.

The initial registration process was quite frustrating and not very user-friendly. I encountered repeated issues with login, password reset, and the activation link, which made it impossible to access the account at first attempt.
However, I would like to acknowledge that the team responded relatively quickly after my review and support request. They communicated with me, took the issue seriously, and ultimately deleted my account as requested.
Overall, while the technical onboarding experience needs improvement in terms of clarity and reliability, the customer support response was fast and solution-oriented once the issue was raised.

It would actually be a good idea, but it doesn't work. I was able to place an order, but received no confirmation. After repeating the order, I finally received confirmation, but it was canceled because I had selected the wrong package. Very frustrating, but at least customer service responded relatively quickly.

Everything was just right: Great value for money, immediate confirmation of our very short-notice order, very friendly and professional communication (via email and phone), a time slot for picking up the bulky items was also available on Saturdays (which we took advantage of), and the bulky items from our basement and our balcony were removed within an hour by two extremely friendly and very efficient, yet meticulous men. Thank you for everything! We would definitely order from cahuu again!

Our club had a lot of items that we no longer needed, but of course no one wanted to dispose of them themselves. Since I already knew cahuu through a colleague, I contacted cahuu and they took care of all the disposal for us.
The process with the app was straightforward. We simply sent a picture of the things we wanted to get rid of. We were also able to book the appointment directly in the app.
You could choose the price yourself, the price suggestions made sense and there were no hidden costs or surprises. I can imagine using the app for larger disposals in the future.

The guys from cahuu do a great job, I had several bags full of glass, cardboard and other garbage. Everything was picked up just 1 day after the request and payment via Twint was super easy.
