We at cahuu are actively and ambitiously committed to using sustainable approaches to increasingly focus our society on the responsible use of natural resources. We can no longer put the discussion on the back burner – because consumption and the daily countless transports and disposals are constantly increasing and all essential components of the environment are exposed to these trends. With our ambitions we aim to make at least a contribution to the preservation of our planet and its creatures.
How does cahuu strive for more sustainability?

1 – Reforestation of Forests
Did you know that every order placed through our platform supports the reforestation of Swiss forests?
Together with our partner Almighty Tree, we are making Switzerland a little greener again. And so, with your support, new trees are planted in Switzerland in the spring months of April / May and autumn months of October / November.
2 – Professional disposal of recyclable materials
With our platform, we want to create the basis for all waste to be returned to the material cycle as easily and sustainably as possible. These ambitions are implemented with collection points as close as possible to the customers – who carry out the recycling with established partners.
Besides the classic established recycling waste like glass, metal, cardboard and paper, we also want to promote other valuable waste and its recycling or upcycling (e.g. all kinds of plastic, carbon, rubber, hoses and many more) in order to create new channels for a more sustainable and therefore better future.
3 – Consolidation of transports in one central network
The disposal of waste as well as the ideal return to the material cycle are based on logistical challenges in supply chain management, from which the simple concept of a transport from A to B can be derived – for disposals as well as general transports of a good, modern technologies and surrounding systems have to be considered.
With the platform of cahuu the handling of disposals and transports shall be brought together centrally to create a time and cost efficient solution for our economy.
4 – Make-It-Green – Bonus
cahuu supports green carriers. Whenever one of the cahuu services is performed in an environmentally friendly way (with an electric or hydrogen vehicle, or of course with pure muscle power), the carriers get even more for it.
