There are various types of clearance, some are normal and others are defined as forced clearance by a court bailiff.

Examples of normal clearances:
- Clearance in connection with a move: You have already planned your move and there are many goods that you have not planned for the move or that should be disposed of or recycled. To make room for new things in your new home, you should clear out the old things beforehand.
- Simply clear out: Over the years, a huge amount of goods have accumulated in the storeroom and cellar that are no longer really needed and are not suitable for reuse because nobody wants to buy them on a second-hand platform. It’s time to arrange a clearance so that there is finally more space for new things.
